Egg free, dairy free, gluten free, suitable for vegan/vegetarians. Made in a factory that handles nuts-may contain traces.
STORAGE:
Store in a cardboard lidded box away from direct sunlight.
Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Do not store cakes in an airtight container or this will cause the items to wilt.
Good for six months from date of purchase.

We post within the UK using Royal Mail. There is 3 services available- tracked 48, tracked 24 or 24hr express guaranteed shipping (plus processing times). We hold a current food hygiene and allergy certificate and all items are made to the highest standards. We are a registered business with our local council.
We use sugar paste fondant for all our cake decorations which sets firm once dried in order to retain the shape of the items. All goods are made fresh to order, we do not keep stock of goods.
In the unlikely event your item should arrive damaged during transit, this must be reported to us within 24hrs of receiving your item. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund. We will need to see photos of the damaged item and the brown outer box it arrived in clearly showing the postage label. Without this or outside these timescales no refund/replacement will be offered.
